Privacy policy

What multitask does

multitask lets you connect one or more Gmail accounts and use them from AI apps you choose (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) through the Model Context Protocol. It is operated by As Growth.

Data we access

• Your Google sign-in identity: name, email address and Google account id.
• For each mailbox you connect: Gmail access with the permission you choose (read-only, or read and modify). Through it, the AI apps you connect can search and read messages, attachments, labels and drafts, organize mail, create drafts and, with your approval, send email.

Data we store

• Your account (Google id, email, name) and your settings.
• For each connected mailbox: its address and a Google refresh token, encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
• The AI apps you approved, with hashed access tokens.
• An activity log of actions taken (which tool, which mailbox, recipients and subject of sent mail, time). We do not store email bodies or attachments.
• Email addresses that appeared in mail your AI read, for 30 days, only to warn you if an AI later tries to send mail to one of them.
• Pending approval requests (which draft to send, or which messages to trash) until you act or they expire.

Email content passes through our servers only while answering a request from an AI app you connected, and goes only to that app.

Google API Services User Data Policy

multitask's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models. Gmail data is transferred only to AI apps you explicitly connect, and only to carry out the requests you make in them. No person at As Growth reads your mail, except with your explicit permission for a specific support request, where required for security, or to comply with the law.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers to run the service (hosting and database). They process data on our behalf. The AI apps you connect receive the email data their requests ask for; their own privacy policies apply to it.

Your control

• Remove any mailbox or AI app from your dashboard at any time; removing a mailbox also revokes its Google token.
• Delete your account from the dashboard: everything listed above is deleted immediately.
• You can also revoke access at any time from your Google account's security settings.
